I couldn't have asked for a better room with a fantastic view right outside the window. The shower was great, and it was cleaned and bed made every day. However, some staff at the reception desk could use a bit of customer service training.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were impeccable and cozy, and the view outside the window was simply breathtaking. The only downside was the lack of customer service skills displayed by some staff members. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and subway stations.
